Preparing for birth
Our midwife and obstetric doctor will support you as you prepare to meet your baby. From things to do in pregnancy, such as writing birth preferences and packing bags, to recognising the signs of labour and knowing what to expect at each stage. Our doctor will also explain when you might be offered induction, assisted or Caesarean birth and help you make any birth as positive as possible.

Hypnobirthing
Our hypnobirthing teacher will guide you through all your tools for a positive and empowered birth, whether your’re planning a vaginal or abdominal (Caesarean) birth. With breathing techniques, realxations, positions and more. Our doctor will also talk you through other ways of keeping comfortable including gas and air, pethidine and epidurals if you wish to use them.

If your baby is born before 37 weeks of pregnancy and you haven’t started the course, we will issue you a full refund.
